Remove jobs from print queue

While printing a document I stopped the printer as I only wanted one page and had inadvertently set it to print the entire document. Now the job appears in the queue as 'paused', but is still waiting to be printed. How do I delete it from the printer's memory?

To remove a document from the print queue if you decide you no longer want to print it, double-click the printer icon in the System Tray (or open My Computer, double-click the Printers icon and then double-click the icon for your printer). This will open a window showing the name of your printer and a list of print jobs in progress or waiting.

Right-click the job in question. If you want to delay printing that job until a later time, select Pause from the pop-up menu. To abandon the job altogether and remove it from the queue click Cancel.
